We joined Ashley and Joshua at Kent Park for this stunning walk-in-the-woods engagement session. As far as strolling through the park in December goes, this warm and sunny day was perfect!

How cute are these two?! Ashley and Joshua will be tying the knot in April. We are so excited for their Amana Colonies wedding!

Here’s what Ashley had to say about her husband-to-be: “I admire so many things about Josh. A few things are his hard-working and ambitious personality, his gentlemanliness, and the patience and unconditional love he provides me.”

Here’s what Joshua had to say about his wife-to-be: “I admire Ashley’s patience with me, her persistence to succeed and achieve her goals and the way she is kind to everyone she meets. She is the sweetest person I have met!”

Their black, gray and red ensembles suited the rustic backdrop of Kent Park so beautifully.

We adore Ashley’s recounting of the first Valentine’s Day they spent together as a couple:
“Josh and I have been long-distance for most of our relationship. We were texting back and forth on our first Valentine’s day ‘together’ when I found a package he sent me with a card and chocolates/candies in the mail. Within an hour, he surprised me at my door with a dozen red roses and took me out for dinner. We had a good time that night and were happy to spend our first Valentine’s day together.”

What an amazing engagement session we had with this sweet, gorgeous couple. We can’t wait to have them in front of our cameras again in just a few short months!
