The {N} Family | Extended Family | Davenport, IA

We had such an amazing time photographing this extended family session in December. This was a fun bunch! We’re so happy they braved the cold with us.

One branch of the {N} family includes our wonderful friends and repeat clients, the {I} family. We had the pleasure of photographing their destination wedding in Jamaica in 2017. We’re thinking so hard about those warm beaches right about now! In addition to their wedding, we’ve taken their annual portrait sessions for years. One of our favorites is this very poignant family session last spring.

The tiny lights wrapping these pillars were such a whimsical and beautiful backdrop.

These two are unbearably cute! Cozying up with a blanket on chilly days might be one of the best parts of outdoor sessions in these colder months.

We love how extended family sessions give opportunities to photograph adult siblings together. Even after “the kids” are grown up with spouses and children of their own, it’s so important to keep capturing those moments!

This portrait couldn’t be more perfect. We adored the mustard, navy and burgundy color scheme just as much as we adore this family.

We love the little in-between moments…catching a big genuine laugh, a sweet snuggle, all those real family life interactions. Thanks, {N} family, for sharing all the wonderful moments with us!
