{S} Family, we adore you!  We had such a lovely family portrait/one-year session with this beautiful bunch in Marion, IA.  The cold weather kept us inside but we absolutely made the most of it.  We are so fortunate to have access to this gorgeous natural light studio.  The neutral colors and subtle textures of the space are great for portrait sessions. One wonderful location + one very cute family = perfection.  Take a look!

June just turned one!  We can’t believe it’s been a year since her newborn session.  Her floral dress and cozy cardigan pop so perfectly in these pictures.  She’s going places in those gold shoes!

While we’re on the topic of color, let’s take a second to admire the color palette of those outfits.  We have to commend the {S} family for giving us these rich jewel tones!

Miss Violet showed us her best grins AND best dance moves.  The simple joy of twirling in a dress!

We had the pleasure of photographing Dani and Evan’s wedding several years ago; since then, they have been faithful repeat clients.  It’s been wonderful to see their family grow and be there to capture it for them.  We look forward to many years of smiles like these ones!
