Sawyer | Six-Month Sitter Session | Iowa City, IAFriday, March 27, 2020Posted in Children, CTW Portraits What a fun sitter session with Sawyer, Alli and Dan! We had a very sweet, relaxed newborn session in their home last summer. Sawyer has changed so much since then! In February, we met at Voxman Music Building in Downtown Iowa City to document just how much he’s grown. Ah, those bright blue eyes and wispy blonde hair! Sawyer is too cute for words. Playtime with mom and dad. That’s a proud grin if we’ve ever seen one. “This is my mommy and I got her face!” Okay, Sawyer is absolutely rocking those gray overalls! Fun fact: this was his first time wearing shoes out in the world. How dapper is this bandana bib?! Getting to stand up on the couch was pretty darn exciting for this little guy. We love this little family. Thinking back to photographing Alli’s maternity session (not to mention their wedding and other family get-togethers!) gives us all the warm, happy feelings. Alli and Dan had the fun idea to break out these squishy blocks, one of Sawyer’s favorite toys. We’re really happy that they did because these playtime smiles are priceless. Ooh, we spy baby teeth! {R} family, thanks for a great sitter session. It’s such a joy to capture your family milestones and we can’t wait for Sawyer’s one-year portraits!
