{I, F, & R} Families | Mini Session Series | Mount Vernon, IA

We had such a fantastic time with the {I, F & R} families for this mini session series! It was around this time two years ago that we met this same group at this same spot. They have since gained a dog and, between the eight kiddos, many inches of height. Keep scrolling to see the highlights!

We’ve been taking photos of Scott and Laura for a long time, through so many amazing life milestones. Last summer, we got to photograph their new pup, Luna, who is as big as her brother Benson now!

Remember that time that Laura surprised everybody with a squirt gun filled with water paint in the middle of a family photo session?!

It’s hard to believe Rooney was just a month old when we first photographed the {R} fam back in 2017! We have lots of great memories capturing these kids as they’ve grown, like that one super cozy fall session at Kent Park.

Mini session series make us so happy. Everybody knocks out their family pictures all at once, plus fun photos of the whole group together. It honestly just kinda feels like a party. Perfect for a group of best friends whose kids also happen to be best friends!

If you scroll long enough through our social media archives, you might find some adorable pictures of a baby Gavin from TEN years ago. Crazy! We gotta say, one of our favorite sessions with this fam was the one where we got Molly’s Cupcakes at the end.
