We joined Haley and Brian in Downtown Iowa City for this sweet engagement session. It was a perfect fall day and these two were unbelievably adorable together. We took a tour of downtown, stopping at a handful of spots, including some that were particularly meaningful to the couple. Keep scrolling to see all the lovely highlights!This brick alleyway is one of our favorite little spots in the Ped Mall. The hanging lights lend a little bit of fun and whimsy. Haley’s raspberry sweater, boots and long pendant made a perfect fall outfit.Haley and Brian had their first date at this downtown restaurant, Formosa! Needless to say, we had to stop for a quick picture in front of their door.Going in for a kiss. So sweet.Haley and Brian changed into their coordinating Iowa Hawkeyes sweatshirts for these pictures in front of the Old Capitol Building. As University of Iowa alumni, this was another meaningful spot for the couple.Dreamy.Downtown Iowa City was popping with bright fall colors, like this gorgeous half-red bush.The couple changed into one last outfit for their engagement session. That olive jacket and Brian’s plaid looked amazing together, especially in front of this metallic building. Also, how cute are those leopard print flats?!We finished up the session with this picturesque view of downtown. Fun fact, there was a huge University of Iowa homecoming float set up right behind Haley and Andrew! In spite of all their Hawkeye spirit, we decided to strategically blocked it out of this shot.
