Dominique & Ian | Wedding | Koru Berry Farm, Homestead, IA

We had an AMAZING time capturing Dominique and Ian’s wedding day at Koru Berry Farm in Homestead, Iowa. April weather is nothing if not unpredictable…but we lucked out with the most gorgeous day for an outdoor ceremony. Some of our favorite things: a visit from the Moo Moo’s Ice Cream Truck, portraits in the berry field, the outdoor dance floor, and of course how much Dominique and Ian make each other laugh. So much joy! Keep scrolling to see the highlights!
Pretty little details.
Along with a letter to read before the ceremony, Dominique gifted Ian with a pair of socks: “Let’s just assume I’m never wrong. Trust Me. I’m an engineer.”
Dominique looked SO gorgeous in her beaded wedding gown.
After getting ready, the bride had a sweet reveal moment with her bridesmaids, followed by one with her father.
Ian’s expression when he first sees Dominique is priceless. We love first looks!
Fun moments with the bride’s nephews (the flower boys!).
The ceremony took place under this beautiful tree.
So much laughter! Love!
To signify their unity, Dominique and Ian performed a sand pouring unity ceremony.
MARRIED!
What’s a farm wedding without a visit from some animals?! Ian and Dominique were so excited to meet this cutie and take her for a little stroll.
The berry fields were so lovely.
So in love.
That feeling when you just can’t contain your excitement…luckily there was plenty of room for some frolicking!
Party time! We love these grand entrance moments.
Time to cut the cake! And have a tiny frosting fight, of course.
How amazing is it that Dominique and Ian had an ice cream truck come to their wedding?! Dominique, we feel your excitement!

After dinner and dessert, everyone headed to the outdoor dance floor. The weather was absolutely perfect.
