Just in time for Valentine’s Day, my friend Chef John Valde and I got together to create a little romantic dinner inspiration. For this shoot he prepared a full dinner menu complete with a Strawberry Spinach Salad, Duck with Strawberry Chutney & Fresh Mango, and a Red Velvet Cake topped with Mascarpone Rum Ice Cream, Coffee Cream Icing, and Cookie & Walnut Crumble. John and I had such a fun time putting this together that we’re already planning for our next collaboration. Keep an eye out for more Chef John posts in the (near-ish) future!
